To SS Freestyle Club Members,
SS Freestyle has implemented a volunteer rebate program. Every week, volunteer duties will be posted through Team Snap messaging to all members. Participant families who donate the minimum volunteer hours requested will be rewarded with a rebate between March 10 and April 10, 2025.
To qualify for a reimbursement:
~ Fundamentalz, Gteam, Freestylerz and Riders families are asked to donate a minimum of 5 volunteer hours (equivalent to a $75 rebate).
~ Jr. Dev Teams, Development Teams, and Competition/High Performance teams are asked to donate a minimum of 10 volunteer hours (equivalent to a $150 rebate).
What if I have multiple kids in SS Freestyle programs?
If you have more than one child, the minimum amounts of time listed above will qualify you for a full rebate for each child at the end of the season.
How do I get reimbursed after I have done my volunteer hours?
All members are asked to track their volunteer time and send it by email to [email protected]. So in the email please include:
1. The dates you volunteered;
2. the duty or duties you performed; and
3. how many hours you volunteered
When can I expect my volunteer rebate?
Everyone is encouraged to submit their volunteer hours by March 9, 2025. Between March 10 and April 10, 2025, SS Freestyle will provide a rebate to the credit card used to pay for winter fees.
