Hi, I'm Sierra Dorward. I was an freestyle athlete for 6 years and this is my second year of coaching. As I am fairly young and an ex athlete I feel I can relate to my athletes while coaching them. I try to to work with my athletes not only on their skiing skills but on the mental and social side as well. I strive to create a environment were everyone feels safe and welcome.
