Welcome to the Freestyle Ski FUNdamentalz program. This popular program offers a safe and fun place for young skiers to learn on snow.

FUNdamentalz is a great way to make friends, enjoy skiing, and build freestyle skills. These skills are grouped into blue circle and black diamond levels. For more , shown in the FUNdamentalz Report Card.

These grass roots athletes are able to ski parallel (french fry), able to ski blue or black runs confidently with the group, load and unload chairlifts independently, and manage their gear.

Groups are based on skill level and one friend request per skier, which should be noted on the registration form. Please coordinate friend requests before signing up.

The 10-week half-day program starts January 3 or 4, 2026, with sessions on Saturday (AM or PM) or Sunday (AM). It ends with a fun competition day. All SS Freestyle ski programs finish with the Hot Doggin’ Moguls Jam and Skillz Rodeo on March 7–8, 2025.
